We are eager to make your group booking experience as simple and straightforward as possible.

Here are a few things you need to know prior to submitting your group request:

  • A group is considered 15 or more participants
  • Because of the high demand for our unique properties, It is important to book your group of 15 or more at least six months to a year in advance
  • In most cases, half board (breakfast and dinner) is compulsory for group stays in Pousadas
  • After we quote you availability and prices for your group, and it is accepted by you, a total deposit of 500 or 1000 Euros (depending on the size of your group) is required to hold confirmed space
  • Group space will not be held without a deposit
  • Rooming lists are due 75 days in advance
  • Final payment for your group is due 60 days prior to your arrival
